Better Together Food Drive 25
ICare is excited to participate in the Thrivent Giving Back Program with the theme *"Better Together Food Drive 25." Our goal? To collect 150 food items by April 20th! If we hit the mark, the ICare Food Pantry will receive a $150 reward to help serve our community.
We're asking for donations of spaghetti and spaghetti sauce—because what goes "better together" than these pantry staples? They're always a hit with those we serve!
You can drop off your donations in the tub located in the north hall.
In recent news, Harvesters—a key partner of the ICare Food Pantry—shared that the U.S.D.A. has canceled 41,000 cases of food products, including fresh milk, eggs, and produce. This makes your contributions more vital than ever for our pantry and the families we support.

Children's Easter Festival
Date: Saturday, April 12th
Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Location: Church front and back lawn
Join us for an afternoon of fun and excitement at our Children's Easter Festival! This event is open to all kids in sixth grade and below and will feature games, activities, and an Easter egg hunt.
Easter Egg Hunt
The Easter egg hunt will be divided into two age groups:
- Kindergarten and younger
- 1st grade and older.
Games and Activities
Our festival will include a variety of games and activities such as:
- Crafts
- Bean bag toss
- Duck races
- Jellybean jar guess
- Paper basket construction
- Egg relay race
- Cakewalk
- Face painting
- New game: "Rabbit Box!"
With hundreds of families expected to attend, this is an event you won't want to miss. Make plans to join us for this wonderful community celebration—everyone is welcome!
Wednesdays In the Park
For children aged 12 and under. Mark your calendar for Wednesday, April 16th, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm in Dawson Hall. when our monthly program for children aged 12 and under will commence. Kids will be provided with a snack, followed by engaging activities. To enroll, call the church office at 785-266-6555. Don't miss out on the fun!
2025 Great Plains Annual Conference
The 2025 Annual Conference Session will be held on June 4 - 7 at Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina, KS.
Our theme this year is Loving God, and it is the first in several years of themes keyed toward the greatest commandment shared in Deuteronomy 6 and that Jesus shared in Matthew 22.
